Ticketing

Please see below for more details on our ticketing options, as included in the Club, Xtra and Pro plans:

  • Ticket types, such as “Adult”, “Junior” or “Family”.  Each ‘ticket type’ can have a different price and description assigned to it.
  • Each ticket as standard will ask for a name, email address and mobile number (optional) but you can also request additional data such as age, entry class etc.
  • You control how many tickets you wish to be sold per event.
  • One ticket purchaser can buy tickets for many ticket holders.
  • Payment can be taken through our payment gateway; we accept all major credit cards and use Stripe as our provider.
  • We charge 0.6% per purchase, in addition to Stripes charges, see here
  • Payment can also be taken in any other way you choose; instruct users to use bank transfers, or cash on the day.
