Cancel an Event

Cancelling an event is easy to do – beware not to do this by accident!  Simply click the “Cancel” button. A confirmation box will appear and if there any invited/accepted people on the event, they will be sent a cancellation message. 

You can uncheck the relevant tick boxes to stop those being sent.

Should the event be a ticketed event, refunds must be dealt with outside ClubEvent.
